Wihuris or Jyllis house at Västra Långgatan 15

The house where Eleonora Bed & Breakfast is located was built 1911-1912 according to the same model as the house that previously stood there, but which burned down in February 1911. The house has had many owners, almost every five years a new owner has taken over. The house has been owned by carpenters, goldsmiths and councelors, and has, among other things, functioned as a residential building, newspaper printing house and factory.

Now the house is renovated with love, care and a feminine touch. Every material and detail has been chosen with care and we make choices that protect the environment. In summer of 2022, the entire house will be ready with accommodation for 20 guests in six unique and beautiful rooms. In the lounge or on our sunny terrace, our guests can relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The breakfast buffet is served in the dining room, which also serves as meeting room and dining area for groups and special events.
